Centered Climbing 2008

Our unique approach to teaching rockclimbing is based on training in body awaerness, balance rather than strength, and centered movement derived form Tai Chi, Yoga, and "inner game: training. Carefully graduated instruction in ropes, belaying, and movement over easy rock allow each climber to move at his or her own pace and select climbs of suitable challenge in a safe and supportive climate.
