Centered Climbing

Our unique approach to teaching rockclimbing is based on training in body awareness, balance rather than strength, and centered movement derived form Tai Chi, Yoga, and "inner game: training. Carefully graduated instruction in ropes, belaying, and movement over easy rock allow each climber to move at his or her own pace and select climbs of suitable challenge in a safe and supportive climate.
