Corporate Training

We offer a number of different formats and resources for corporate groups. Most of our programs are custom designed trainings to meet the particular needs of each client. Programs can range from:

one day teambuilding events utilizing indoor initiatives (simulations)
high ropes courses
rockclimbing
whitewater rafting
multi-activity programs that may include any of these activities as well as peak ascents, sailing, canoeing, ski touring or personal vision quests .

These can be retreat site based or occur partly or totally in an outdoor or wilderness setting. We can offer these programs across the US. Most programs include presentation of models for understanding and practicing communications, teamwork, leadership, organizational change, and defining purpose/vision/commitment within a corporate culture. In most instances, we prefer to do a needs assessment for our client that defines issues to be explored, problems identified, and outcomes desired. We utilize various instruments and feedback devices to gather information and insight. We prefer to follow our trainings with coaching, consulting and reinforcing experiences to measure progress and more deeply embed learning from the initial experiential training. This approach is the outgrowth of 25 years of providing transformational outdoor experiences for individuals and training outdoor guides and instructors through OLTS and the gathering of professional trainers and consultants through our marketing vehicle for corporate programs, One-team.
